Asiakaspalveluako?

Tapahtuipa eräässä Oxford Streetillä olevassa isossa tavaratalossa ja sen shop-in-shopissa.
Mies tulee ja sanoo, että teitä palvellaan kohta. Mies osoittaa myyjälle, että minä olen seuraava, myyjä ei huomaa kädenliikettä ja tervehtii minut "kiilanneet". Mies ojentaa ja myyjä pahoittelee. Hyvä. Esitän asiani:

Minä: You propably have this nn in that color? (osoittelen sinne sun tänne)
Myyjä: Oh yes, let me see (ottaa tuotekatalogin esiin). Oh, unfortunately not. But let me think...we have many other patterns in that color (ohjaa minut shop-in-shopin esittelyikkunalle ja esittelee erilaisia)

Vauva on herännyt ja avannut silmät, tapittaa myyjää.
Myyjä: He is so cute!
Minä: actually SHE (perkele, eihän hänellä ole päällä edes mitään "poikavärejä")

Minä: (katson uudelleen näyteikkunaa, pohtien, valikoiden) Splendid. This one looks nice, I take it.
Myyjä: Lovely. Thank you. (lähtee takahuoneeseen/varastoon. Palaa hetken kuluttua)
Myyjä: Oh, I am so sorry, but we are out of that color as well (ottaa taas sen tuotekatalogin esiin)
Myyjä: But I recommend you this one instead and the color is almost same. This one we should have.
Minä: I totally agree, I' ll take it.
Myyjä: (katsoo koneelta tuotetta) Oh, I really hope that we have this product...
Myyjä: Unfortunately no.
Minä: Oh? (ajatustauko. Alan hypistellä siinä tiskillä olevaa) What about this one, this is actually very stylish? (näitähän on pakko olla, kun ovat tässä esillä ja kosketeltavissa...)

Myyjä: (katsoo koneelta osoittamaani tuotetta) Unfortunately no...and those are just examples, and we are not able to sell those nor products that are visible at the window. They are meant to attract people to come in. But we have a bigger shop at New Bond Street.

Minä: (rintarepussa oleva lapseni, tapittaa edelleen myyjää): well I know that...(emmä nyt ala sinne juoksee, kun mä olen motivoinut ostaa sen tuotteen nyt, tässä, kohta toi lapsi alkaa kitisee, nälkäänsä)
... but why have products on display that you are not able to sell. Remove them, you are teasing your customers. (naurahdan)
Myyjä: We are Louis Vuitton and we do not sell display products, even if they are in good condition.

Niinpä. Huonoa ostostuuriako? Vai tökeröä palvelua? Punnat säästy!? Moiccu! Here I come, next week, Louis Vuitton at Helsinki.
